Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of Moore's Industrial Service Ltd. that our Quality System be implemented and maintained and will be the shared responsibility of all levels of personnel in this organization. Our Quality System has been planned and developed to ensure that all services and products of the Company comform to meet or exceed our customers' requirements and will readily detect and control the disposition of product and system non-conformance. It is through our Quality System that we continually improve all operations.

It is the policy of the Company that all personnel shall receive the necessary instructions, indoctrination and ongoing training, as required, for the implementation of the Company's policies and associated processes. The Chief Executive Officer and middle management of the Company are totally dedicated to our Quality System and the Quality Manager has the authority to act for the Company in quality related matters, through the authority delegated to him by the Chief Executive Officer.

While we recognize that quality, service and price are all essential elements in our business, our policy emphasis is: QUALITY - SERVICE - PRICE; in that order.

Our Quality Objectives are: Customer satisfaction, product quality and operational efficiency.
