Industrial Engine Department
Our Industrial Engine department has a wide range of machinery available for procedures on blocks, cranks, heads, rods or cams. We have the capability of machining up to the largest V16 engine blocks.
- Our Rottler SG80A cylinder head machine can handle all your diesel and natural gas heads.
- We are capable of balancing your longer diesel and natural gas crankshafts on our Shenck balancer.
- The Rottler F68A with rod fixture is capable of machining large and small ends while maintaining proper centre to centre balance.
- We have four Berco crankshaft grinders capable of grinding your smallest comp or diesel crankshaft up to your largest natural gas crankshaft, i.e. up to 16' (192") and 19" stroke.
- We can do laser alignment checks on your most popular diesel and natural gas engines.
- With our F80, F88S and F99Y boring machines we can handle all your block machining including boring, sleeving, liner fits, surfacing and align boring. We can also handle your agriculture, diesel and natural gas compressor frames.
- Pick up and delivery service is available
- Our newly installed Rottler F109Y boring bar is currently the only one if its kind in North America. This machine is capable of handling the largest bore engines such as 2400 series White Superior, AT Waukesha and 3600 series CAT.
